By creating an account or using the Kleosari platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Kleosari is an Agent Operations Platform that provides workflow management, governance enforcement, and audit trail capabilities for AI agent systems. Our services include:

• Workflow template creation and management
• Agent governance gate enforcement
• Execution audit trails and compliance logging
• Team collaboration and approval workflows

You must create an account to use certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

You agree not to use the services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Use the platform for any purpose that is fraudulent or deceptive

The Kleosari platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Neomanex and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our services, including workflow templates and configurations.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neomanex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the platform. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
